Anti-Racism Hierarchy

While participating in anti-racism efforts, in order to avoid burning yourself out or bringing toxicity to others, its important to participate at the level you’re out.  The Anti-Racism Hierarchy gives examples of different anti-racism efforts depending on where you’re at.  The goal is to find your place and work towards moving up the Hierarchy.
